SHIPPING

We use UPS or USPS to ship all of our items. Please contact us if you need it to be shipped a certain way. 

Items will be shipped within 2-3 business day after purchasing. Orders placed will ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transit times are provided by USPS or UPS and may vary with package destination, especially during peak times. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. We can only ship to the Continental US at this time. Please contact us prior to shipping to an APO or FPO address.

If you are located in Colorado and would like to pick up your items in person at our Denver store, please email us at hello@oldglorystyle.com before you place your order and we will be happy to accommodate!

 

RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns on non-vintage items are accepted within 30 days of receipt of order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and well packed to ensure it can make the return trip in good shape.

We accept returns on our vintage (“found”) items and furniture on a case by case basis. We encourage people to ask as many questions as necessary before making a purchase for one of these vintage items (you can email any questions to hello@oldglorystyle.com). We describe all vintage items and furniture, through both photography and text description, as accurately as possible. If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please contact us before you make your purchase. 

To initiate a refund, email us at hello@oldglorystyle.com and include your original order number and list of items you are returning in the body of the email. We will provide return instructions, including where to send your return and who is responsible for shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). The buyer will be refunded after filly participating in the insurance claim (i.e., sending photos of the damage, photos of packaging, and signing a claims form and any other forms required by insurance.) Please do not throw away any packaging, as this may compromise our ability to file a claim and refund.
